Peter D. Poulos, MAI, President, is an Illinois and Indiana State Certified Real Estate Appraiser. He has a B.A. in Economics from University of Illinois at Chicago. Peter is a member of the Appraisal Institute and has earned the MAI designation. He has prepared appraisals of industrial, commercial, residential, and special purpose properties throughout the continental United States. His appraisal experience ranges from a variety of large and small scale commercial, office, and industrial properties to highly specialized properties such as 18-hole golf course subdivisions and marinas.

Demetri J. Poulos, Senior Consultant, is an Illinois State Certified Real Estate Appraiser. He is an Associate member of the Appraisal Institute. Mr. Poulos has Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He has been involved in appraising properties from downtown high-rises to small retail and mixed use properties. He has also been a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker since 1973. His also designated as a Certified Review Appraiser (CRA), Board Certified Business Appraiser (BCBA) and is a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors.

Constantine H. Poulos, Financial Analyst, has a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago geared to economics and finance. He is the company’s financial analyst and has skills in market analysis, feasibility, and the appraisal of income producing properties. He has completed coursework in Real Estate Education and Appraisal Consulting. He is proficient in the practices and principles of appraisal as well as residential case study and consulting. He is experienced in both small and large-scale Residential, Commercial and Industrial projects.

Jeffrey M. Hortsch, Senior Appraiser, is an Illinois State Certified Real Estate Appraiser. He attended Oregon State University with a concentration in the field of Economics. Jeff also attended the Appraisal Institute, the International Association of Assessing Officers and the Real Estate Education Company. He has experience in the appraisal of large and small scale residential, commercial, industrial, and special use properties.

James J. Kosinski, Senior Appraiser, is an Illinois Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and an Illinois Licensed Real Estate Broker. He attended the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he received his B.A. and went on to take courses at Northwestern University’s National Trust School and DePaul University for Real Estate Law. At the Appraisal Institute he mastered the areas of Real Estate Management, Estate and Trust Administration and general standards and practices of real estate appraisal. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute and has earned the SRA designation. James has worked on appraisals for several types of properties, including residential, commercial and industrial uses.

Angelo Sikaras, Associate Appraiser, is an Illinois Associate Appraiser and received a B.S. in Computer Science from Northeastern Illinois University with a minor in Economics. He attended courses at the Real Estate Education Company where he became familiar with appraisal procedures and standards. He has experience working in appraising Single-Family and Multi-Family Residences, Apartment Buildings, vacant land, and small scale commercial and industrial properties.
